Brewing Herbal Teas
- Be generous: use 1-2 teaspoons (2-4 grams) of dried herbs
- Always use boiling hot water
- Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes
- Never add milk
- Enjoy the tea plain, or add sugar or honey
