green tea that is refreshing in aroma combined with the rich full- bodied savoury tamest of umami.
The big difference between day and night intensive solar radiation in the region and the increase humidity, ensures a better quality of tea. In Kagoshima the tea grows much slower and due to the lower sun intensity allows for a slightly less bitterness while maintaining a higher L -theanine content, producing a sweeter and lighter tea tastes.
